    • We recruit our staff from the community, all staff are employed by CareBright directly. We ensure our staff are part of the organisation from direct employees to partners in our decisions
    • All staff undertake an interview process which allows us to choose the best carers in the  profession
    • They are Garda vetted and cross-referenced checked, again ensuring we have the best carers for your loved ones
    • All CareBright staff are fully insured by the organisation
    • They undergo a comprehensive induction that will allow the best possible care to be provided to all our clients. We take  responsibility of maintaining our high quality care by ensuring  all our carers are trained in the following:
  1. Health and Safety Training to include Manual Handling and Patient Moving
  2. Occupational First Aid, FETAC Level 5
  3. FETAC Level 5 Healthcare Assistant Course (8 Modules)
  4. Care Skills
  5. Care of the Older Person
  6. Palliative Care
  7. Rehabilitative Care
  8. Health and Safety
  9. Communications
  10. Work experience in the workplace
  11. Care Support
  12. Infection, Prevention and Control
  13. Study days on informative learning
